Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients:

4 tbsp plain flour

4 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened

1/8 tsp baking soda

a small pinch of salt

3 tbsp milk

2 tbsp oil

1 tbsp water

1/4 tsp vanilla essence

Preparation:

1. In a large microwave safe mug, add flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt and mix with a spoon or fork.
2. Add oil, milk, water and vanilla essence and mix everything well until combined.
3. Cook it in microwave oven for 1 1/2 -2 minutes until the cake is done....Serve warm...
