Ingredients:


1 1/2 cup thin coconut milk

4-5 curry leaves

2 mint leaves

small piece ginger, chopped

1-2 green chillies

juice of 1/2 lemon

salt to taste


Preparation:


  1. Crush together ginger, green chilli, curry leaves and mint leaves.
  2. In a bowl, add thin coconut milk, crushed ingredients and salt and mix well.
  3. Then add lemon juice and mix well.
  4. Pour into serving glasses and serve as a refreshing drink with ice cubes…
