Cold Coffee

Ingredients:

1/2 litre milk, semi frozen

3 tbsp sugar

2 tsp instant coffee powder, heaped

6 ice cubes

1 tbsp fresh cream

Preparation:

1. In a blender, add half of milk, sugar, coffee powder, ice cubes, fresh cream and blend well.
2. Then add remaining milk and blend well again.
3. To garnish, in a small bowl, add little coffee powder and little water and mix well to a paste.
4. Drizzle this to serving glasses and pour the prepared cold coffee and sprinkle little instant coffee powder on top and serve...
