Ingredients:


2 salmon fillets

1 tsp paprika

pepper powder, to taste

salt, to taste

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup mushrooms, sliced

2 cups fresh spinach

1 cup cream

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/2 tsp chilli flakes

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter


Preparation:


  1. Pat dry salmon fillets and season with paprika, pepper powder and salt.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and add the salmon fillets and cook for 4-5 minutes per side over medium flame until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pan and keep it aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter and add minced garlic and saute for about 30 seconds.
  4. Add sliced mushrooms and saute for 3-4 minutes until softened and lightly browned.
  5. Add spinach and stir well and cook until wilted.
  6. Pour in cream and stir in parmesan cheese, chilli flakes and Italian seasoning and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce becomes creamy and smooth. Adjust the salt and pepper powder.
  7. Return the salmon fillets to the pan and spoon the creamy sauce over the fillets and simmer for another 1-2 minutes.
  8. Squeeze lemon juice over the top and serve...
