Ingredients:

1/2 cup green peas

4 eggs, boiled

3 medium onions, chopped

1 tbsp ginger, crushed

1 tbsp garlic, crushed

2 green chillies, chopped

1 large tomato, chopped

2 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder

1 tbsp coriander powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp garam masala

1 tsp kasuri methi

2 cups thick coconut milk

2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped

2 tbsp fresh cream

salt to taste

2 tbsp oil

Preparation:

  1. Soak green peas in water for 5-6 hours. Then cook it adding salt and enough water till done and keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion, green chillies, crushed garlic, ginger and curry leaves and saute well till soft adding little salt.
  3. Add kashmiri chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala and saute till the raw smell goes.
  4. Add chopped tomato and allow it to cook till it turns soft.
  5. Add cooked green peas and mix well for 2 minutes. Add kasuri methi and mix well.
  6. Then add coconut milk, mix well and allow it to boil. Adjust the salt.
  7. Add boiled eggs, chopped coriander leaves and fresh cream and mix well.
  8. Switch off the flame and keep it covered till ready to serve...Serve with chapati, appam, neer dosa etc....
