Ingredients:


250 gm spaghetti

200-250 gm sausages, sliced

3 garlic cloves, chopped

1 small onion, chopped

1 1/2 tbsp butter

2 tsp plain flour

1 cup milk

3/4 cup fresh cream

1 tsp chilli flakes

1 tsp pepper powder

2 cheese slices

salt to taste

1 tsp oregano

1 1./2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped


Preparation:


  1. Boil water in a large pan adding 2 tsp of oil and 1/2 tsp salt. Add spaghetti to this and cook till done. Strain in colander, rinse under cold running water and drain thoroughly. Keep it aside.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a thick bottomed pan and add sausage pieces and fry for a few minutes till cooked and turns light brown colour.
  3. Add chopped garlic and onion and saute well.
  4. Then add butter and when it melts, add plain flour, milk, chilli flakes, pepper powder and salt and mix well.
  5. Add fresh cream into this and mix well.
  6. When it starts to thicken, add cheese and oregano and mix well.
  7. Now add the drained spaghetti and mix well till the sauce is well coated with spaghetti.
  8. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot...
