Ingredients:
250 gm spaghetti
200-250 gm sausages, sliced
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp butter
2 tsp plain flour
1 cup milk
3/4 cup fresh cream
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp pepper powder
2 cheese slices
salt to taste
1 tsp oregano
1 1./2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
Preparation:
- Boil water in a large pan adding 2 tsp of oil and 1/2 tsp salt. Add spaghetti to this and cook till done. Strain in colander, rinse under cold running water and drain thoroughly. Keep it aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a thick bottomed pan and add sausage pieces and fry for a few minutes till cooked and turns light brown colour.
- Add chopped garlic and onion and saute well.
- Then add butter and when it melts, add plain flour, milk, chilli flakes, pepper powder and salt and mix well.
- Add fresh cream into this and mix well.
- When it starts to thicken, add cheese and oregano and mix well.
- Now add the drained spaghetti and mix well till the sauce is well coated with spaghetti.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot...
