18-20 pepperoni slices, or as required
3 tbsp cornflour
a pinch of salt
bread crumbs, as required
oil for frying
Preparation:
- In a bowl, prepare a cornflour slurry by mixing cornflour with little water and a pinch of salt.
- Dip the pepperoni slices in cornflour slurry and then coat in bread crumbs.
- Double coat ( again dip it in cornflour slurry and coat with bread crumbs) for more crunchiness.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry them until golden brown and crisp.
- Remove from the oil and drain them on a paper towel....Serve hot..
