Ingredients:


18-20 pepperoni slices, or as required

3 tbsp cornflour

a pinch of salt

bread crumbs, as required

oil for frying


Preparation:


  1. In a bowl, prepare a cornflour slurry by mixing cornflour with little water and a pinch of salt.
  2. Dip the pepperoni slices in cornflour slurry and then coat in bread crumbs.
  3. Double coat ( again dip it in cornflour slurry and coat with bread crumbs) for more crunchiness.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry them until golden brown and crisp.
  5. Remove from the oil and drain them on a paper towel....Serve hot..
