Custard Apple Milkshake

Ingredients:
1 large custard apple/ seethappazham
1 1/2 cup chilled milk
sugar to taste
Preparation:
- Scoop out the flesh of the custard apple along with its seeds. Put them in a blender along with 1/4 cup milk and pulse for 3-5 seconds. This will help to separate seeds from the flesh/ pulp..
- Strain the mixture through a sieve using a spoon and extract its pulp.
- In a blender, add the extracted custard apple pulp, remaining chilled milk and sugar and blend well to a thick shake.
- Pour into serving glass and serve chilled...
