Ingredients:
pulp of 1 large custard apple
2 tbsp sago / chawwari
1/4 cup condensed milk, adjust to your taste
3/4 cup milk
1 tbsp pomegranate arils
few ice cubes
Preparation:
- Cook the sago adding enough water till it turns transparent and bubble-like. Drain the water and keep it aside.
- In a jug / bowl, combine custard apple pulp, cooked sago, condensed milk, chilled milk, pomegranate arils and few ice cubes.
- Mix everything well and served chilled...
