Dalgona Coffee

Ingredients:

2 tbsp instant coffee powder

2 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp hot water

cold milk ( 400 ml or as required )

ice cubes

Preparation:

1. In a mixing bowl, add coffee, sugar and hot water and whip well using an electric beater or a whisk until light, fluffy and soft peaks are formed.
2. Take 2 cups / glasses, add ice cubes and pour 3/4 of milk and then top with whipped coffee.....Mix well and enjoy..

• If you want warm coffee, pour in warm milk to a glass and top it with whipped coffee..
