Devilled Sausages

A flavorful dish featuring sausages cooked with garlic, ginger, and a mix of vegetables, perfect for serving hot as a delightful snack or main course.

Ingredients:

4 sausages

1 tsp garlic, chopped

1 tsp ginger, chopped

1 tbsp soy sauce

1/2 tsp pepper powder

1 tbsp tomato sauce

1 tsp chilli flakes

salt to taste

1/2 onion, chopped

1/2 tomato, chopped

1/2 capsicum, chopped

2 tsp oil

2 tbsp spring onion, chopped

Preparation:

  1. Chop the sausages into small pieces or into thin rounds.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the sausages till crisp and keep it aside.
  3. In the same pan, add chopped garlic, ginger, salt, soy sauce, pepper powder, tomato sauce and chilli flakes and saute for a minute.
  4. Add chopped onion, tomato and capsicum and saute for 2 minutes.
  5. Then add fried sausages and mix well.
  6. Garnish it with chopped spring onion and remove from flame…Serve hot…
