Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:
1 red dragon fruit
1 banana
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp yogurt
honey ( optional )
sliced banana, roasted seeds and chia seeds, for topping
Preparation:
- In a blender, add chopped dragon fruit, banana, milk, yogurt and honey and blend together until smooth.
- Transfer it to a bowl and top with banana slices, roasted seeds and chia seeds. Enjoy!!
