Egg Pizza Skewers / Cheesy Egg Sticks
A creative and fun dish that combines boiled eggs with pizza flavors, perfect for a quick snack or appetizer.

Ingredients:
3 eggs
pizza sauce, as required
1/2 cup capsicums( red, green, yellow)
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp chilli flakes
4-5 tbsp mozzarella cheese, or as required
a pinch of salt
Preparation:
- Boil the eggs and remove its shell. Then cut each egg into half and arrange on skewers.
- Then spread some pizza sauce and sprinkle little cheese on top.
- Add chopped capsicum and top it with grated cheese and sprinkle chilli flakes, oregano and little salt.
- Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and place the egg skewers on a pan.
- Cover and cook until the cheese is melted…Serve immediately..
