Ingredients:
1/2 kg chicken, cut into strips
1 1/2 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp fennel seeds
1/2 tsp crushed cumin
1 tsp garam masala
1 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste
1 1/2 tsp rice flour
2 tsp cornflour
1 egg
1 sprig curry leaves, chopped
oil, for frying
2-3 slit green chillies, 2 dry red chillies, few curry leaves - to garnish
Preparation:
- In a bowl, add chicken strips, kashmiri chilli powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, fennel seeds, crushed cumin, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice and salt and mix well.
- Then add rice flour, cornflour, egg and chopped curry leaves and mix all together and marinate well for 1 hour.
- Heat oil in a pan and add marinated chicken strips and fry at medium flame till crispy.
- Add few curry leaves, dry red chillies and slit green chillies and fry.
- Transfer to a plate and serve hot...
