Ingredients:


3-4 feijoa / 1/2 cup feijoa flesh

300 ml milk

100 ml Greek yogurt

2 tbsp maple syrup

6 tbsp chia seeds

chopped nuts / almonds, for topping


Preparation:


  1. In a blender, add feijoa flesh, milk, Greek yogurt and maple syrup and blend well until smooth.
  2. In 2 glass jars / serving glasses, divide chia seeds evenly ( 3 tbsp in each ) and then pour the blended feijoa mixture over the chia seeds and stir well to combine.
  3. Place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Top it with chopped nuts / almonds and feijoa slices and serve...
