Ingredients:
1/2 kg thick fleshed fish pieces
1 tsp pepper powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
salt to taste
2 sprig curry leaves
10 shallots, crushed
5 garlic cloves, crushed
2 dry red chillies
2 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
2 tbsp coconut oil
Preparation:
- Clean the fish pieces and marinate it with pepper powder, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, salt and few curry leaves and cook till done adding 2-3 tbsp water.
- Then crush the fish pieces well until it is minced. ( If the fish pieces have bones, remove bones ).
- Heat coconut oil in a pan and add crushed shallots and saute well till soft and light golden.
- Add crushed garlic and saute well.
- Add dry red chillies and curry leaves and saute well together till raw smell goes.
- Add kashmiri chilli powder and minced fish and mix well.
- Adjust the salt and fry well until it is brown and crispy. Serve with rice...

- 2Crush the fish pieces well until minced. Remove bones if any.
- 3Heat coconut oil in a pan, add crushed shallots and sauté till golden.
- 4Add crushed garlic, dry red chillies, curry leaves, and sauté well.
- 5Add kashmiri chilli powder, minced fish, adjust salt, and fry until brown and crispy. Serve with rice.
