Fresh Lemon juice / Naranga Vellam
A refreshing homemade lemonade made with freshly squeezed lemons, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Perfect for a hot day and best served chilled with ice cubes.

Ingredients:
2 lemons
3-3 1/2 cup cold water
1/4 cup sugar (or as required to your taste)
a pinch of salt
few ice cubes
Preparation:
- Cut the lemons into half .
- In a bowl/ jug, squeeze fresh lemon juice (about 1/4 cup) using lemon squeezer or by your hand.
- Add cold water, sugar and salt to this and stir well till the sugar dissolves completely.
- Strain the juice and pour it in serving glasses,,Serve chilled with ice cubes....
