Ingredients:


2 cups cauliflower florets

1/4 cup cornflour

1/4 cup plain flour

1/4 cup rice flour

1 tbsp chilli powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp coriander powder

1/2 tsp cumin powder

1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

salt to taste

1 tbsp tomato sauce

1 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped

1/2 cup water, or as required

bread crumbs, for coating

oil, for frying


Preparation:


  1. Boil water in a pan and add cauliflower florets, little salt and a pinch of turmeric powder and boil for 2 minutes. Drain the water and keep it aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add cornflour, plain flour, rice flour, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, ginger-garlic paste, tomato sauce, salt, chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
  3. Add required water into this and mix well.
  4. Add drained cauliflower to the batter and mix well till coated.
  5. Then roll each cauliflower floret in bread crumbs to coat well.
  6. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry them until golden brown. Remove from the oil and drain them on a paper towel….Serve with any sauce…
