Hariyali Chicken Tikka

Ingredients:
500 gm boneless chicken, cut into small pieces
1 cup coriander leaves
1/2 cup mint leaves
4-5 green chillies
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup yogurt
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tsp crushed pepper
1 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp kasuri methi
1 tsp garam masala
salt to taste
oil, for frying
Preparation:
- Grind together coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies and lemon juice to a smooth paste.
- Transfer to a bowl and add yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, crushed pepper, cumin powder, turmeric powder, kasuri methi, garam masala and salt and mix well.
- Add chicken pieces into this and mix well and keep it aside for at least 1 hour.
- Then arrange / thread the chicken pieces into wooden skewers.
- Heat little oil in a frying pan / grill pan and fry them, flipping in between till all sides are cooked evenly and lightly charred. Serve hot...
