Kacche Keema Ke Kabab / Minced Meat Kabab
These Kacche Keema Ke Kababs are savoury minced meat patties, seasoned with a vibrant mix of spices, herbs, and a touch of gram flour. Pan-fried until golden brown and crispy, they make a perfect spicy appetizer or snack, often served with mint chutney.

Ingredients:
1/2 kg minced meat / keema
1 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 small onion, finely chopped
2-3 green chillies, finely chopped
2 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
2 tbsp mint leaves, finely chopped
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp crushed coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chat masala
salt to taste
1/4 cup gram flour
juice of 1/2 lemon
oil, as required
Preparation:
- In a large bowl, add minced meat, yogurt and ginger-garlic paste and mix well.
- Add finely chopped onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, mint leaves, chilli powder, turmeric powder, crushed coriander seeds, cumin powder, garam masala, chat masala and salt and mix well.
- Add gram flour and lemon juice and mix thoroughly using your hand until well combined.
- Cover and keep the mixture aside to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
- Grease your hand and shape the mixture into small kababs and carefully place them in the hot oil.
- Fry them until golden brown and crispy on the outside, and cooked through inside.
- Serve hot with mint chutney or any dip...
- If the mixture feels too wet, add a little (1-2 tbsp ) plain flour to adjust the consistency....
