Ingredients:


2 boiled carrots

1 cup papaya, chopped

500 ml chilled milk

2 scoops of vanilla ice cream

3-4 tbsp sugar

pomegranate kernels

chopped cashew nuts

ice cream, for garnishing


Preparation:


  1. Boil the carrots adding adding enough water and keep it aside.
  2. In a blender, add chopped cooked carrots, papaya, chilled milk, 2 scoops of ice cream and sugar and blend well until smooth.
  3. Transfer to a jug and add pomegranate kernels and chopped cashew nuts and mix well.
  4. Pour into serving glasses and then serve with some pomegranates, nuts and ice cream as topping..
