Ingredients:
1 1/4- 1 1/2 cup yogurt / curd
12-15 bird's eye chillies / kanthari mulaku
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp asafoetida powder
1 sprig curry leaves
salt to taste
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds
1 tbsp coconut oil
Preparation:
- In a bowl, add yogurt and beat well without any lumps using a whisk. Add salt as required, mix well and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds.
- Add bird's eye chillies and saute for a minute.
- Then add turmeric powder, asafoetida powder and curry leaves and mix well.
- Switch off the flame and add this to the beaten yogurt and mix well. Serve with rice...
