Kunafa Bread Toast

Ingredients:
4 bread slices
1 cup kunafa dough, crushed
2 tbsp thick cream
2 tbsp mozzarella cheese
4 tbsp ghee / butter
1 egg, beaten
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 tbsp rose water
3 cardamoms, crushed
Preparation:
- In a saucepan, add sugar , 1 cup of water, rose water and cardamom and boil all together and reduce to a thick simple sugar syrup. Keep it aside.
- To the bread slice generously spread in thick cream.
- Add the mozzarella cheese and cover with another slice of bread.
- Dip in the beaten egg and then coat with the kunafa.
- Heat ghee / butter in a pan and toast in both the sides till crispy.
- Then pour in sugar syrup and serve it warm...
