Ingredients:
5 small lemons / cherunaranga
2 green chillies
1 tsp ginger, chopped
salt to taste
1/2 cup thick coconut milk
3/4 cup yogurt, beaten
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
2 dry red chillies
1 sprig curry leaves
2 tsp coconut oil
Preparation:
- Wash and steam the lemons in a steamer until soft. Allow it to cool and then cut into small pieces.
- Then mix it with salt and keep it aside for overnight.
- Add chopped green chillies and ginger to the lemon and mix well.
- Add in thick coconut milk and mix well.
- Then add beaten yogurt and sugar and mix well. Check the salt and add if needed.
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds Add dry red chillies and curry leaves.
- Add this seasoning and mix well. Serve with rice...
