Ingredients:
1 kg chicken wings, cleaned
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp crushed black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
slat to taste
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp baking soda ( for crispiness)
1 tbsp lemon juice
For the glaze:
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp lemon juice
coriander leaves, chopped
2 tbsp butter / oil
Preparation:
- In a bowl, add the chicken wings, 1 tsp paprika, crushed black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt , 2 tbsp oil, baking soda and 1 tbsp lemon juice and coat the wings very well.
- Line the air fryer tray with baking paper and place the wings as a single layer, do not overlapping.
- Then air fry at 200 degree celcius for 18-20 minutes and then flip the wings and air fry them for another 10-12 minutes.
- In the meantime, melt 2 tbsp butter or use 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add minced garlic, pepper powder, red chilli flakes, 1 tsp paprika and stir fry for few seconds.
- Add 1 tbsp lemon juice and some chopped coriander leaves and mix everything and keep this glaze aside.
- Once the wings are cooked, transfer them to a bowl and pour over the glaze.
- Add some chopped coriander leaves and mix them thoroughly. Enjoy !
