Mango Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients:
2 cups plain flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup mango puree
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
3/4 cup chocolate chips
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degree celcius. Line a 12 hole muffin tin with paper cases.
- In a mixing bowl, combine plain flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt and keep it aside.
- In another bowl, add mango puree, yogurt, oil and vanilla essence and combine well.
- Then slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and gently combine together. Do not overmix the batter.
- Add chocolate chips to the batter and gently mix to combine.
- Divide the mixture between the paper cases and sprinkle some chocolate chips on top.
- Bake them in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Transfer the muffins to a wire rack and leave to cool completely...
