Ingredients:


1 big ripe mango

1 1/2 cup desiccated coconut

1/2 tin condensed milk ( add more depending on the sweetness of the mango )

1/4 cup desiccated coconut, for rolling


Preparation:


  1. Peel the mango and blend it into puree and keep it aside.
  2. In a pan, add desiccated coconut and roast for 4-5 minutes and then add prepared mango puree and condensed milk.
  3. Cook on low flame till the mixture combines and starts to separate from the pan.
  4. Switch off the flame and let it cool down a bit.
  5. Apply little ghee on your palms and make small smooth round balls out of the mixture.
  6. Take 1/4 cup desiccated coconut in a plate and then roll each ball in the desiccated coconut till they are evenly coated..
  7. Serve chilled & Enjoy...
