Ingredients:


1 cup mango, chopped

1 small banana

1/2 cup rolled oats

1 1/2 cup milk

2 tbsp Greek yogurt

honey, as required

sliced banana, mango and roasted seeds and chia seeds, for topping


Preparation:


  1. In a blender, add chopped mango, banana, oats, milk, yogurt and honey and blend together until smooth.
  2. Transfer it to a bowl and top with banana slices, mango pieces and roasted seeds and chia seeds. Enjoy!!
