Ingredients:


1 big ripe mango

1 packet mango jelly powder

3/4 -1 cup condensed milk ( add to your sweetness )

2 cups fresh cream


Preparation:


  1. Prepare the mango jelly as per the packet instruction, Transfer to a tray and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. Peel and chop mango into small cubes and keep it aside.
  3. Cut the mango jelly into small cubes.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, add the fresh cream and condensed milk and mix well using a whisk or spoon until smooth.
  5. Then add chopped mangoes and mango jelly and mix everything until well combined.
  6. Refrigerate and then serve chilled..
