Mango Souffle

Ingredients:
1 big ripe mango
1 packet mango jelly powder
3/4 -1 cup condensed milk ( add to your sweetness )
2 cups fresh cream
Preparation:
- Prepare the mango jelly as per the packet instruction, Transfer to a tray and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Peel and chop mango into small cubes and keep it aside.
- Cut the mango jelly into small cubes.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the fresh cream and condensed milk and mix well using a whisk or spoon until smooth.
- Then add chopped mangoes and mango jelly and mix everything until well combined.
- Refrigerate and then serve chilled..
