Masala Noodles

Ingredients:
2 packets of instant noodles
1 onion, sliced
1/2 red capsicum, chopped
1/2 green capsicum, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
2 spring onions
2 packets of noodles seasoning
3/4-1 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
salt, if required
2 tbsp oil
Preparation:
- Heat oil in a pan and add sliced onion and saute until soft.
- Add add chopped tomato and fry for 1 minute.
- Add chopped capsicums and white part of spring onion and saute for a minute.
- Add noodles seasoning, pepper powder, chilli powder, tomato sauce and soy sauce.
- Now in another pan keep large amount of water to boil noodles and when it starts to boil, add noodles and cook for 1 1/2 minutes on high flame.
- Then using the tongs , just take the cooked noodles and transfer to the vegetable masala.
- Mix well with masala and cook for another 1 minute. Add green part of spring onion and mix well....Serve hot...
