Masala Noodles

Ingredients:

2 packets of instant noodles

1 onion, sliced

1/2 red capsicum, chopped

1/2 green capsicum, chopped

1 tomato, chopped

2 spring onions

2 packets of noodles seasoning

3/4-1 tsp pepper powder

1/2 tsp chilli powder

1 tbsp tomato sauce

1 tsp soy sauce

salt, if required

2 tbsp oil

Preparation:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add sliced onion and saute until soft.
  2. Add add chopped tomato and fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add chopped capsicums and white part of spring onion and saute for a minute.
  4. Add noodles seasoning, pepper powder, chilli powder, tomato sauce and soy sauce.
  5. Now in another pan keep large amount of water to boil noodles and when it starts to boil, add noodles and cook for 1 1/2 minutes on high flame.
  6. Then using the tongs , just take the cooked noodles and transfer to the vegetable masala.
  7. Mix well with masala and cook for another 1 minute. Add green part of spring onion and mix well....Serve hot...
