Ingredients:


2 large eggs

1/2 onion, finely chopped

1-2 green chillies

1/4 tsp pepper powder

1/4 tsp + 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp garlic, chopped

few curry leaves, chopped

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder

1/2 tsp coriander powder

1/2 tsp garam masala

salt to taste

2 tbsp coconut oil


Preparation:


  1. In a bowl, add eggs, finely chopped 1/2 onion, green chillies, pepper powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and salt and beat well using a spoon.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped garlic and curry leaves and saute well.
  3. Add 1 small finely chopped onion and saute well.
  4. Add kashmiri chilli powder, coriander powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, garam masala and little salt and saute well till raw smell goes.
  5. Pour the beaten egg mixture on top and spread evenly and cook for few minutes until set and bottom side turns golden.
  6. Then flip gently to the other side and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Switch off and serve with rice and other side dishes..
