Ingredients:
6-7 brioche rolls
2 eggs
200 ml milk
2 tbsp sugar, or as required
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
butter for toasting
For Toppings:
melted white chocolate
melted milk chocolate
berries - strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries
Preparation:
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla essence together.
- Slice the brioche rolls and dip them in the mixture.
- In a pan, melt the butter and fry the brioche slices on all sides on medium heat until golden brown.
- Arrange the warm brioche french toast on a serving plate and garnish with the toppings.
