Ingredients:


200 gm mushroom, cleaned and chopped

1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

1 tsp chilli powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1/4 tsp pepper powder

1/2 tsp garam masala

salt to taste

2 tsp lemon juice

2 tbsp rice flour

2 tbsp plain flour

2 tbsp cornflour

oil, for frying

1 sprig curry leaves

3-4 green chillies, slit


Preparation:


  1. In a bowl, add chopped mushrooms, ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, garam masala, salt, lemon juice, rice flour, plain flour and cornflour and mix well adding little water.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated mushrooms in batches over medium flame until brown and crispy. Remove them from the oil and drain onto paper towel.
  3. Then fry slit green chillies and curry leaves.
  4. Garnish the fried mushrooms with fried curry leaves and green chillies and serve...
