Ingredients:
200 gm mushroom, cleaned and chopped
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
salt to taste
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp rice flour
2 tbsp plain flour
2 tbsp cornflour
oil, for frying
1 sprig curry leaves
3-4 green chillies, slit
Preparation:
- In a bowl, add chopped mushrooms, ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, garam masala, salt, lemon juice, rice flour, plain flour and cornflour and mix well adding little water.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated mushrooms in batches over medium flame until brown and crispy. Remove them from the oil and drain onto paper towel.
- Then fry slit green chillies and curry leaves.
- Garnish the fried mushrooms with fried curry leaves and green chillies and serve...
