Ingredients:
3 large eggs
1-2 tbsp milk
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 cup spinach leaves, chopped
salt to taste
pepper powder, as required
1/4-1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp butter
Preparation:
- In a bowl, add eggs, milk, pinch of pepper powder and salt and whisk until well combined.
- Heat butter in a pan over medium flame and add sliced mushrooms and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they soften.
- Add chopped garlic and saute. Then add chopped spinach and little salt and cook for about 1 minute until wilted.
- Reduce the flame to low and add beaten eggs and let it sit for few seconds.
- Then scramble gently with a spatula until the eggs are just set but still soft and slightly creamy for about 2-3 minutes.
- Adjust the salt and pepper powder and sprinkle little chilli flakes. Switch off the flame and serve hot...
