Okra / Vendakka Thengapal

Ingredients:
250 g tender okra / vendakka
2 green chillies, slit
1 tsp crushed pepper
1 cup thin coconut milk
1/2 cup thick coconut milk
salt to taste
1 sprig curry leaves
Preparation:
- Wash and cut the okra into big pieces.
- In a pan, add okra, thin coconut milk, slit green chillies, crushed pepper, salt and curry leaves and cook covered till done.
- Then add thick coconut milk and mix well and switch off the flame when it thickens...Serve as a side dish with rice...
