Ingredients:


2 cups plain flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

zest of 1 orange

3/4 cup sugar, powdered

1/2 cup fresh orange juice

1/2 cup (100 gm) melted butter

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup tutti frutti


Preparation:


  1. Preheat the oven to 160 degree celcius. Grease a loaf pan with butter or spray with cooking spray (or line with baking paper).
  2. In a bowl, add plain flour, baking powder and baking soda and whisk together.
  3. In another bowl, add melted butter, sugar, orange zest and orange juice and whisk well.
  4. Add the dry ingredients ( step 2 ) along with milk and fold gently to make a smooth batter.
  5. Then add tutti frutti and fold gently.
  6. Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle little tutti frutti on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-50 minutes or until the toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
