Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup less sour raw mango / pacha manga, finely chopped
1 1/2-2 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
1 cup less sour yogurt, whisked
1/4 cup water
salt to taste
5 shallots, sliced
1 sprig curry leaves
2 dry red chillies, broken
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp coconut oil
Preparation:
- In a bowl, add chopped raw mango, chilli powder and salt and mix well with hand.
- Add the whisked yogurt little by little and mix well.
- Add 1/4 cup of water and mix well. Adjust the salt.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
- Add sliced shallots, dry red chillies and curry leaves and fry till golden brown.
