Ingredients:

2 cups yogurt, less sour

1/2 cup grated coconut

2 green chillies

5 shallots, sliced

3 dry red chillies

1 sprig curry leaves

1 tsp mustard seeds

salt to taste

1 1/2-2 tbsp coconut oil

Preparation:

  1. Grind grated coconut and green chillies together to a smooth paste.
  2. In a bowl, add yogurt and salt and mix well.
  3. Then add ground coconut paste and mix well.
  4. Heat coconut oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
  5. Add sliced shallots, dry red chillies and curry leaves and saute till golden brown.
  6. Pour this over the yogurt mixture and mix well. Serve with rice...
