Ingredients:
2 cups yogurt, less sour
1/2 cup grated coconut
2 green chillies
5 shallots, sliced
3 dry red chillies
1 sprig curry leaves
1 tsp mustard seeds
salt to taste
1 1/2-2 tbsp coconut oil
Preparation:
- Grind grated coconut and green chillies together to a smooth paste.
- In a bowl, add yogurt and salt and mix well.
- Then add ground coconut paste and mix well.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
- Add sliced shallots, dry red chillies and curry leaves and saute till golden brown.
- Pour this over the yogurt mixture and mix well. Serve with rice...
