Ingredients:


500-600 gm chicken mince

3 green chillies

4-5 garlic cloves

1 medium red capsicum

1/2 cup coriander leaves

1/2 tsp cumin powder

1/2 tsp chilli flakes

1/2 tsp pepper powder

1 1/2 tsp paprika / kashmiri chilli powder

salt to taste

1 tbsp tomato paste

olive oil, as required


Preparation:


  1. Chop onion, garlic, green chillies, red capsicum and coriander leaves into very fine pieces. ( I used chopper)
  2. In a bowl, add minced chicken, chopped veggies, cumin powder, chilli flakes, pepper powder, paprika, salt, tomato paste and 1-2 tbsp olive oil and mix thoroughly using your hand until well combined.
  3. Then you can refrigerate it for 30 minutes. ( optional, but it is good ).

4.Line Air fryer tray with baking paper and place the chicken mixture and spread it evenly.

5.Then divide evenly into 7-8 long kebabs and make some shallow cuts / marks and drizzle some oil on top.

6.Cook at Air fryer at 180°C for 15-18 minutes and then at 200°C for 4-5 minutes.

7.Transfer to a serving plate and serve hot...


  • You can chop all the vegetables ( onion, garlic, green chillies, red capsicum, coriander leaves) together into fine pieces using a chopper and then squeeze the excess juice out.
  • In this recipe, I used Air fryer. If you are using oven, brush the baking tray with 1 tbsp of olive oil / line with baking paper and spread the chicken mixture into a large rectangle. Divide the mixture into 7-8 even long kebabs and make some shallow cuts / marks. Drizzle some oil on top and bake in the 200°C preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the top is set and lightly golden.
