Ingredients:


200 gm paneer, cut into small square pieces

1 tsp chilli powder ( adjust to your spice level )

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp pepper powder

1/4 cup corn flour

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp oregano

salt to taste

1 cup bread crumbs

1/4 tsp chilli powder

oil, for frying


Preparation:


  1. In a mixing bowl, add cornflour, chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, garlic powder, oregano and salt and mix well.
  2. Then add water little by little and mix well. The batter should be slightly thick.
  3. In a plate, take bread crumbs mixed with 1/4 tsp chilli powder and a pinch of salt.
  4. Dip the paneer pieces into the batter and then coat well with bread crumbs.
  5. Keep it in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.
  6. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry them in hot oil until it turns golden colour and crisp.. Serve hot with any sauce of your choice..
