Paneer Shahi Korma / Kurma

Ingredients:
300- 400 gm paneer, cut into cubes
1 1/4-1 1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup cream
2 medium onion, finely chopped
1 big green chilly, chopped
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 piece cinnamon
5 cardamom
1/4 tsp kasri methi
coriander leaves, chopped
salt to taste
1 1/2 tbsp butter
Preparation:
- Heat butter in a pan and add crushed cardamom and cinnamon.
- Add chopped onions and green chilly and saute well till light brown.
- Add turmeric powder and chilli powder and stir well.
- Reduce the flame and add cream and milk and mix well.
- Add cubed paneer and salt and stir gently. Boil for 5 minutes till the gravy becomes thick.
- Add kasuri methi and mix well. Add fresh coriander leaves, mix well and remove from flame.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve...
