Ingredients:


1 cup rice rava / coarse puttu podi

1 1/2 cup milk

salt to taste

1 tsp sugar

1/2 cup grated coconut


Preparation:


  1. In a bowl, add rice rava / puttu podi and milk and mix well and keep it covered for 15 minutes.
  2. Add salt, sugar and grated coconut and mix well.
  3. Transfer to a ghee greased steel plate and level it and sprinkle some grated coconut on top.
  4. Place it in a steamer and steam cook for 15 minutes until cooked and soft.
  5. Cut into pieces and serve with any curry of your choice...
