Ingredients:
1 big passion fruit / 1/2 cup passion fruit pulp
1/3 cup grated coconut
1/4 tsp + 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
2 green chillies
8-9 tbsp / 1/2 cup yogurt
1 tbsp sugar
salt to taste
2 dry red chillies
1 sprig curry leaves
2 tsp coconut oil
Preparation:
- Cut the passion fruit in half and scoop out the pulp and keep it aside.
- Grind grated coconut with green chillies,1/4 tsp mustard seeds and 3 tbsp yogurt to a fine paste.
- In a serving bowl / clay pot, add passionfruit pulp, ground coconut paste, 5-6 tbsp yogurt, salt and sugar and mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan, splutter 1/2 tsp mustard seeds and fry dry red chillies and curry leaves and pour this over the pachadi. Serve with rice....
