Pomegranate Passionfruit Juice

Ingredients:

2 cups of pomegranate arils (seeds)

1 big passionfruit

2 tbsp sugar ( add to your taste)

crushed ice

mint leaves, for garnishing

Preparation:

1. Add the pomegranate seeds in a blender and blend well adding little water. Then using a strainer and a spoon, extract the juice and keep it aside.
2. Cut passion fruit in half and scoop out the pulp and blend adding little water. Then strain the juice and keep it aside.
3. In a bowl, add the prepared passionfruit juice, pomegranate juice and sugar and mix well.
4. In serving glasses, add crushed ice and pour the juice and garnish with mint leaves and serve...
