Quail Egg / Kaada Mutta Fry

Ingredients:
10-12 quail eggs / kaada mutta
2 shallots, chopped
1 sprig curry leaves
2-3 whole green chillies
3/4 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
2 pinch of salt
2 tbsp coconut oil
Preparation:
- Wash and hard boil the quail eggs in water for 10-12 minutes. Then remove the shell and keep it aside.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan and add chopped shallots, green chillies and curry leaves and saute.
- Reduce the flame to very low or switch off and add kashmiri chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt and saute well. Don't burn.
- Then add boiled eggs and mix well at low flame for 1-2 minutes. Switch off the flame and serve...
