Red Velvet Brownies

Ingredients:
3/4 cup plain flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup (113 gm) unsalted butter, melted
1 tbsp oil
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp red food colour
1/4 cup white chocolate
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven at 180 degree celcius. Grease and line a square pan or a brownie pan.
- In a mixing bowl, add melted butter, oil, sugar and salt and mix well using whisk.
- Add eggs, vinegar, vanilla essence and red food colour and mix well.
- Add plain flour and cocoa powder through sieve and combine well.
- Pour the prepared batter to the greased and lined pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a skewer inserted at the centre of the brownie comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and allow them to cool completely on a cooling rack before cutting into squares.
- To decorate, melt white chocolate in microwave at 30 second intervals for 1 minutes or until the chocolate is melted and smooth when stirred.
- Drizzle this melted chocolate all over the brownies. Let the chocolate set for a few minutes and then serve....
