Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup flour
2 tbsps cocoa sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup / 168 gm butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tbsp vanilla essence
red food colouring
3/4 cup chopped white chocolate (or chips)
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a small bowl, add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Whisk to combine.
- In a large bowl, add softened butter, sugar and brown sugar. Beat with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
- Add in egg yolks, vanilla essence and red food colouring and mix.
- Add in the dry ingredients and mix till combined.
- Then add the chopped white chocolate and mix it into the batter.
- Arrange the dough on the baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes.
