Ingredients:


1 1/2 cup flour

2 tbsps cocoa sugar

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

3/4 cup / 168 gm butter, softened

3/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup sugar

2 egg yolks

1 tbsp vanilla essence

red food colouring

3/4 cup chopped white chocolate (or chips)


Preparation:


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In a small bowl, add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Whisk to combine.
  3. In a large bowl, add softened butter, sugar and brown sugar. Beat with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
  4. Add in egg yolks, vanilla essence and red food colouring and mix.
  5. Add in the dry ingredients and mix till combined.
  6. Then add the chopped white chocolate and mix it into the batter.
  7. Arrange the dough on the baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Let the cookies cool before serving. Enjoy...
