Sambaram/ Spiced Buttermilk

Ingredients:
1 cup thick curd/ yogurt
2 cups water
1 green chilli, chopped (add more if needed)
small piece ginger, chopped
4-5 curry leaves
salt to taste
Preparation:
- Crush ginger, green chilli and curry leaves using a mortar and pestle.
- Add curd and water in a blender and pulse for 2-3 times and transfer it to a bowl.
- Add crushed ginger, green chilli, curry leaves and salt and mix well. Serve as a refreshing drink...
