Ingredients:
300-350 gm sausages
1 onion, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp ginger, chopped
1/2 tsp garlic, chopped
1 sprig curry leaves
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 1/2 tsp pepper powder, or as required
1/2 tsp garam masala
salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
Preparation:
- Chop the sausages into thin rounds.
- Heat oil in a pan at medium flame and add sliced onion, ginger, garlic, curry leaves and little salt and saute well until onion turns transparent.
- Add turmeric powder and mix well.
- Add sausage pieces, mix well and cook until sausage turns golden on both sides, about 6-10 minutes.
- Add pepper powder and garam masala and cook for 3-4 minutes till dry. Switch off the flame and serve hot...
