Ingredients:


300-350 gm sausages

1 onion, thinly sliced

1/2 tsp ginger, chopped

1/2 tsp garlic, chopped

1 sprig curry leaves

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

1 1/2 tsp pepper powder, or as required

1/2 tsp garam masala

salt to taste

1 tbsp oil


Preparation:


  1. Chop the sausages into thin rounds.
  2. Heat oil in a pan at medium flame and add sliced onion, ginger, garlic, curry leaves and little salt and saute well until onion turns transparent.
  3. Add turmeric powder and mix well.
  4. Add sausage pieces, mix well and cook until sausage turns golden on both sides, about 6-10 minutes.
  5. Add pepper powder and garam masala and cook for 3-4 minutes till dry. Switch off the flame and serve hot...
