Schezwan Idli

Ingredients:
5-6 idlis, cut into cubes
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 green chilli, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 capsicum, cubed
2 tbsp spring onion whites, chopped
1 tbsp spring onion greens, chopped
4 tsp schezwan chutney / 3-4 tsp schezwan sauce
salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
Preparation:
- Heat oil in a pan and add chopped garlic and green chilli and saute.
- Add chopped onion, capsicum and spring onion whites and saute well on high flame.
- Add schezwan chutney and salt and mix well.
- Add in cubed idli and mix gently till idli pieces are well coated with sauce/ chutney.
- Remove from the flame and garnish with chopped spring onions...Serve hot...
