Schezwan Idli

Ingredients:


5-6 idlis, cut into cubes

2 garlic cloves, chopped

1 green chilli, chopped

1 small onion, chopped

1/2 capsicum, cubed

2 tbsp spring onion whites, chopped

1 tbsp spring onion greens, chopped

4 tsp schezwan chutney / 3-4 tsp schezwan sauce

salt to taste

1 tbsp oil


Preparation:


  1. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped garlic and green chilli and saute.
  2. Add chopped onion, capsicum and spring onion whites and saute well on high flame.
  3. Add schezwan chutney and salt and mix well.
  4. Add in cubed idli and mix gently till idli pieces are well coated with sauce/ chutney.
  5. Remove from the flame and garnish with chopped spring onions...Serve hot...
